In about...*counts*3 more hours time I'll be heading out for my very first lesson at the new ballet school. *sigh* I've never felt more miserable in my life than now.

I was lying in bed last night, thinking what would've happened to my life if I hadn't taken up ballet. I wouldn't have needed to skip school once a year to attend my ballet exams. Mummy wouldn't needed to have taken so many leaves just to accompany me to coaching class and help bun up my hair. She also wouldn't have needed to shell out so much money for classes.

But then again, if I hadn't taken up ballet, I wouldn't have met Nicole, Tammie and Bao Xin. If I hadn't met Nicole, I wouldn't have laughed so many times that I felt I was going to die of suffocation; if I hadn't met Tammie, I wouldn't have learned what the word 'perfection' meant. And if I hadn't met Bao Xin, then I wouldn't have seen what concentration really portrayed.

*sigh* I'm really considering whether to quit dancing. What I'm afraid is that 3 or 4 years down the road, I'll regret quitting and want to learn again, then I'll be even more miserable in a class full of girls younger than me. =(

All of these horrible thoughts wouldn't have popped into my head if I wasn't transferring. *sigh*
