I love all 27 of the Guides, srsly.

Today was kind of a sucky day, but Guides managed to salvage it. First of,Elyse was sick so it was only Steph and I for the whole day. Then I had this really bad stomachache and spent the last five minutes of Science (which was just really...time-wasting) stuck in a toilet cubicle. Basically the whole day was ok, but it could've been better :/

Then came along Guides~ I swear, the 27 of them are the only people who can make things better no matter how crappy the day has been. Kellie and Gin were being retarded again, trying to think of ways they could use to attract the YOG athletes, and...everyone just manages to make me smile, somehow.

So, today we decided that we would book a chalet for all the Sec 2 Guides as a form of level-bonding~ It's going to be so awesome; I can feel it in my blood 8DDD

So, I'm on the Internet on this wonderful Sunday night (as always), and one of my second-degree friend comments on one of my K-Pop meme:

"all k-pop rubbish. gosh i cant believe u got brainwashed by f-ed up k pop. this is how angry i am bout stupid and completely bullshit k-pop"

And I that instant my blood level just shot up and my heart started to palpitate so wildly it scared me. I guess, I finally realised how much K-Pop meant to me. I'm not in it for the good-looking people (though that's 50% of the reason /bricked); I'm in it because the are so many things in K-Pop that you can't find in any other music industry.

You can't find the bond that all the groups have within because the antis in K-Pop are the worse you'll ever see, and only by going through hardship do the groups find the strength to continue singing on stage. Being a fan of K-Pop helps you to learn how to be strong, how to never give up when everyone's looking down on you, and how to keep on doing what you love even though the whole world thinks you can't do it.

I can't really explain my love for K-Pop; whenever I try to do so to my parents all I get are weird looks. I love my family, but whenever they start to make fun of the Korean language I can't help but put on a face of displeasure and hope that they get the message. If not for K-Pop, I think I would've ended up like one of those girls who blasts music from her handphone in public places and use broken Singlish mixed with Hokkien vulgarities.

There's a high chance I'll eventually grow out of the K-Pop fandom, but I'm grateful that I've been such a passionate fan, more than any amount of words can express.

Ah, today was one of the most successful pranks that I've ever acted out~ Well, it's the only successful one that I've planned so far but YOU GET MY DRIFT 8D So basically I first got my idea inspiration from SNSD's Hello Baby, where they played that hidden camera prank trick on Seohyun. Then I thought how fun it would be to do the same thing, and lo and behold, it just so happened to be Steph's birthday come up next, bwahaha.

Elyse and I are geniuses, I tell you. First of, we planned to start our 'cold war' on Facebook, after quarelling over our D&T project, and then for the rest of this morning we tried to maintain this really cold, tense atmosphere (which apparently worked, despite my suckish acting skills). Even though the last scene of our play wasn't an epic as I'd envisioned, IT WAS STILL AWESOME BECAUSE WE MANAGED TO MAKE THE BIRTHDAY GIRL CRY MWAHAHAHAHAHAAH /mean

But yes, happy birthday Steph! Despite being obnoxious (sometimes) and overly stupid (most of the time, but not as frequently as Elyse, heh), we still love you with all our hearts~

Stupid gastric flu had me lying in bed and in pain (GET RID OF THOSE DIRTY THOUGHTS RIGHT NOW, ELYSE) for 3 days and I had to miss Guides, as well as 3 class tests, crap.

Though, I learnt that my family doctor is actually a K-Drama addict, and after diagnosing me with gastric virus she proceeded to discuss about K-Pop with me and my mother HAHA. She said Siwon is quite good-looking in Oh My Lady! but his jaw is too large (lmao) and that she doesn't think that Yoona is as pretty as everyone says she is. She also said she would give me her extra K-Pop CDs/DVDs, oms. Thank you, shisus *_*

Whoa, I just realised that this is my 499th blog post 8DD Anyway, I haven't blogged in quite a while, so I'll just talk about what has happened in school so far XD

We finally changed into a new seating arrangement today. After 8 months of sitting with Steph and Elyse I feel so distanced from them; Elyse is at the opposite end of the class and Steph is 2 seats away from me :( Still, I suppose my new tablemates (Melanie, Jitao, Yixian and Lynn, I think) are fun, though I'm not that really close to them >.>

Currently looking forward to this Friday; parade + YOG dance + Rainbow kids = fun, y/y? :D And I might be going to watch Despicable Me with Elyse and Steph 8DDD

PBL Showcase was...fun, I guess. Eunhae bit my arm and tried to bite my fingers again :( Then we heard that while my group and I went to buy dinner from Cheers the rest were watching/dancing to Lady Gaga's Telephone MV when the Vice Principal came in HAHAHAHA. And then aftwards she told Mr Tham that our class was very "together" *squee*

There's still about 3 months before we all get separated. I don't want to think about it but sometimes as I watch Eunhae chase Jamie around the classroom and Nicole making snide remarks and everyone being so happy I can't help but feel this sense of gratitude and dread all mixed into one. It's like...sometimes, having the thing that you love so much isn't that much of a good thing, because there's always that one fear that you will lost it someday, and I don't think I'll be able to cope with the sadness of losing 1S1'09/2S1'10.

Anyway. I didn't write letters to Zhoumi, Henry and Hae because for some reason all three of the letters would either me mega-long, or empty because I wouldn't be able to think of what to write for them. Yes, they mean that much to me.

So, I shall write a little about what I've been doing recently, since the fanletters have prevented me from documenting any of my life stories LMAO. I suddenly had an urge to reread the Sarah Dessen books in the school library, so I borrowed Just Listen, Someone Like You, This Lullably and The Truth About Forever (but not all at one go, of course). Rereading the books brings back so many Sec 1 memories~ *sigh*

Happy 1st Year Anniversary!

Today is the 30th of July 2010. It has been exactly one year since I became an ELF and...I honestly do not know what to say.

I first saw Super Junior on the TV, at Natacia's house. We (Jaime and I) were watching one of the award ceremonies and just as I'd turned to that channel, Suju started to perform Sorry Sorry. My first reaction? I laughed, out loud. I could help it; the chorus' dance moves were just too comical, or so I'd thought. After Sorry Sorry was It's You, but by then I had already made up my mind to YouTube search the Sorry Sorry MV, just so I could get a kick out of seeing them do those "ridiculous dance moves" again.

However, it wasn't my first time hearing about Super Junior. Magenta had been an ELF since April 2009, and had been MSN-spamming me various links to pictures and videos, determined to get me into the fandom. Although I replied with the adequate responses to all the spammage, it was the performance in that particular night of July that got me hooked.

After watching the Sorry Sorry MV, I fell irrevocably in love with them. I decided that my bias would be Siwon, because he was the one I recognized out of them, and Magenta had talked about him to me so many times. I then prowled YouTube, watching numerous variety shows and performances of them, and I fell so hard for each and every one of them.

I first noticed Hae in the It's You MV. At first I'd called him "The Guy Who Touches Himself", and I think the conversation went something like this (though it was definitely crackier):

Me: Hey, Magenta.
M: What.
Me: Who's that guy in the Neorago MV, the one in blue and who touches his lips/chests.
M: Oh, him? He's Donghae.
Me: Oh. He's cute, I like him.

From then on, I started to find out more about Hae and the rest is history.

Over the span of this year, I have changed so much because of Super Junior. I've influenced some people into becoming ELFs with me (*coughElysecough*), laughed out loud at the dorks that they are, cried when watching emotional videos, and went through many other dramatic episodes. If not for Super Junior, I would not have survived my first year of secondary school, where everything was just so...different. Each and every one of the member taught me a lesson one way or another, and thanks to them, I am able to continue living life with a purpose.

I know that most of my family members and friends think that my love for Super Junior is just a phase that teenagers go through, but for me it's something so much more important. I guess...this is the first time being a fan of people who don't even know of my existence has helped me matured so much. No matter how much I try, I can't seem to describe my love and admiration for them, and even as I type that I know some people will be rolling their eyes at my outlandish statement. Still, being an ELF is not something you can describe; it's something you feel.

Let's be realistic: 10 years down the road, I'll be 24 years old and probably fresh out of university (hopefully). Life would've thrown me many mroe responsiblities for me to undertake, and my fandom life will probably be put on a hold. Still, once an ELF, always an ELF, and even if one day in the future, when I do grow up and am no longer a fan, Super Junior will always be marked as a memory for me. It'll signify the time when the only causes of concern were upcoming tests, or the tired faces of Suju.

Dear Kyuhyun,

Hello, favourite maknae of all! I think your letter will be one of the longer ones, since you're my #5 bias and I just have so much to say to you.

First of all, I'm very, very, very glad that you joined Super Junior arter their debut. Although sometimes I find it a little sad that you weren't able to be there from the start, if you had never joined Suju there would be no one to be snarky at the other members, and the maknae would always be MIA (*coughKibumcough*). Your Don't Don hair was...not much to my liking, but you were still awesome at the hip-thrusts that all ELFs remember, and tbh I never really expected to see hip-thrusting!Kyu again, since SM obviously put more focus on your vocals.

Like all the other members, I'd watched one of the 'The Suju Guide: Let's learn about [insertSujumember'snamehere]' videos (though I forgot which one), and learnt about the 2007 car accident. Till this day, I am grateful that you survived, and that is one of my honest truths. It's still a little daunting for me to watch the new reports about the four of you being in a car accident, and how Teuk called out for your name. When I watched the cut on Strong Heart, and how you bravely talked about the car accident, my heart crumbled a little, as if it was the
first time I'd wondered what would've happened if you really had died back then. Thank you, Kyu (I'm so tempted to write 'sang kyu', but it would be really bad pun and ruin this whole letter XDD), for teaching me to never, ever take anyone for granted, and to cherish every moment I have with one of my loved ones.

Compared to you, I'm a genius.

On to the things I like about you~ Hm. One of the most important aspects that I love about you is your snark and sarcasm, of course. Everyone expects members of famous boybands to be quiet and polite and all those other boring things, but your witty UFO replies and quotes still manage to make me smile so much. Though some people might not be used to this side of Cho Kyuhyun, I view it as a piece of what makes you, well, you.

Kyuhyun: Thank you for being an E.L.F.

Another thing I like about you is your voice, of course. I vaguely remember crying to Let's Not... before. Not because I was in a particularly depressed mood, but because KRY's voices were just so...beautiful. Though it may sound cheesy here, it was a really defining moment for me because it had been the first time I'd actually cried over someone's voice. Likewise, I've fallen asleep to KRY's voices so many times I've lost count, and most of the time it's your voice which stands out the most to me.

ELF: Kyuhyun I love you.
Kyuhyun: Ah, the popularity of this lad (referring to himself)

If there were a prize called "Maknae-who-does-not-act-like-the-maknae-but-actually-is", I would give it to you. It must've been so difficult for you, to debut on a stage with 12 other boys after only 3 months' worth of training, and even more difficult to have gotten back on stage after the accident. However, I'm sure that everytime you open your mouth, regardless of whether it's a snarky phrase or a golden note, I'm once again thank Shisus, God (even though I'm a free-thinker) for letting you live during that night in 2007. Because, if there was no Cho Kyuhyun
in Super Junior, there would be no KRY, no snarky maknae, and Super Junior would be less perfect.

Thank you, Cho Kyuhyun, for surviving the car crash, and thank you for teaching me to not take life for granted.

Well uh. This letter's going to be difficult to write, since I don't know that much about you. I can't say I miss you, because you can't miss someone who has never really been there. Still, I guess I don't have any right to say anything about you, since I only became an ELF when you were already inactive as a member in Super Junior.

All I hope now is that you're happy and healthy, no matter where you are and what you're doing now. I know acting's a very important dream for you, and although your acting career hasn't been that successful so far, I'm still hoping that one day you'll be able to reach your goal. Though there hasn't been a lot of news about you recently, I also hope that you've been keeping in contact with the other 12 people, because no matter what, you're still a part of Suju.

Tbh, there are moments when you are not really in my good books, but I know that I don't have the right to be so selfish. But...as long as you're happy, then I'm happy.

Eternal Maknae~ Just looking at the GIF at the top of this letter makes me want to squeal and savagely pinch those cheeks of yours, heh. Needless to say, I first noticed you in EHB, when you had that this conversation with Shin Dongyup:

Shin Dong Yup: If you eat this leaf, you can't experience a single type of taste. You can't experience it at all.
Ryeowook: Forever?!?!

It was the very first thing that I laughed at in EHB, and I'd immediately put you as my #2 bias in Suju (right after Siwon). Although you proceeded to drop to #4 along with Yesung, you still have a special place in my heart. Idk, maybe it's because of the fact that you're so...innocent. I honestly believed you were the maknae until Kyu appeared in EHB, and even then I was insistent on viewing you as the maknae, just because you still seem like the youngest to me.

One of the many moments when you melted my heart was on Animal Farm, when Ddabong died and you cried so badly. I remember feeling this extreme want to envelop you in the tightest hug I've ever given because at that moment you just seemed so childlike and fragile ;_;

The world is yours. It's what you make of it.

I guess you could say that you're the member that brings out my motherly instinct the most (ROFL), mostly because you look like the one who needs to be taken care the most of (even though you're the one who cooks for the rest of the members lol). Still, the way you can still smile so easily even though Super Junior has gone through so many rough times inspires me, a lot. It makes me really happy to see you smile on stage, and sometimes your smile is one of the things I can depend on to brighten my day.

Oh, and one more thing: PLEASE eat more! It seems like you're skinner than me sometimes, which is just plain scary o.o Though your cheekbones are your signature...body part (?!), it worries me when your cheekbones appear so sharp in some of the fancams. EAT MOAR PRZ.

I'm really, really, grateful that you joined Super Junior. It must've been a little difficult, suddenly getting into a group to be a "replacement" for one of the ex-members, but you're already established your own persona and I'm thankful that you were put into Super Junior because if not, I think Suju and SJ KRY would be less special.

Hm, what else...AH. Thank you for providing me with so many YeWook moments because you can never have too many OTP moments. Thank you for being SJ-M because it comforts me that if I ever get a chance to meet you guys (hopefully in 6 months' time I really will be able to 8DDD) we can at least converse in basic Mandarin.

Dear Siwon,

Choi Siwon, you were my very first bias when I first became an ELF. It happened mainly because Magenta had spammed me with so many GIFs/pictures of you in MSN, and then you were the only one I recognized among the others, heh. Even though you had only been my bias for a few weeks, whenever I think of you I immediately associate it with the time when I started out as a clueless ELF, and the feeling of nostalgia makes me so happy, for some reason.

E.L.F.s are like my heart; the most important thing that enables me to live.

One of the reasons as to why I like you is because you're one of the most perfect men I've ever seen. It just seems like you have no flaws what so ever, to the extent that it creeps me out sometimes (XD). You're such a gentleman, you're good with kids, you can speak Mandarin and English (I like this fact because if I ever get to meet you it gives me some comfort that I'll at least be able to converse with you in basic Mandarin/English).

No matter what anyone, anyone says, I don't care. And even if someone, someone badmouths me, I only see you.

Of course, I must dedicate a part of this letter to the aspects that I love most about you. First of all, your love of skinship. It amuses me to no end that although you look like a dapper, young gentleman, you're the member who's obsessed with skinship the most, always hugging the other members or clinging onto their arms/necks. You've taught me the age-old saying: Never judge a book by its cover, and believe me, that has helped me so much ever since I started secondary school.

There are countless reasons as to why I like you so much, some of which are the Shibrows, your staunch faith to your religion (thereby earning the name Shisus) etc. If you weren't in Super Junior I probably would've lost a little interest in the beginning, seeing as it would've took me a longer time to choose my bias. Thus, thank you so much for being in Super Junior, and for being such a perfect Shisus ♥

Ah, Anchovy, my second bias~ You're the person I love the most (right after Hae, of course) in Super Junior, and sometimes I can't help but feel more biased towards you than Hae, heh.

You became my 2nd bias somewhere in between EHB and Full House ("Nice weather!"), mostly because of your stupid dorkiness. It also helped that I started to ship HyukHae, and after
searching, right-clicking and saving so much evidence of HyukHae, I gradually fell for those gummy smiles you flash so often.

PD: Eunhyuk, you are always in the front.
Eunhyuk: Yes, I’m the main person.
Donghae: *pushes Eunhyuk* I sent him to his place!
Eunhyuk: I have no choice. In order for the album to turn out good, you need someone the public will like.

Hyuk, you have made my life so much more happier, with all your stupid jokes and nonsense. Tbh, when you started to get AOS, I was kind of worried, because I was unsure of whether you were still the dorky Hyuk that I loved. I mean, Bonamana was a very different concept that Super Junior had ever had. Then the antis started talking about how Super Junior should stop showing so much skin, and how Suju was "copying 2PM" *rolls eyes* The fact that you now had abs more defined than ever and flashed them in almost all of the Boom Boom
promotional stages also added fuel to the fire, and for a small period of time I was really worried for you guys.

Even after I get old, I want to sing for them.

Then I remembered that the main reason I had become an ELF was because Super Junior is unlike any other guy group I'd ever seen. You guys are random, stupid, nonsensical and overall just very, very endearingly....goofy, and I know that no matter what happens, no matter how many 'sexy concepts' you all have to go through, you guys will always be the dorks that I fell head-over-heels in love for. And so, I decided to stop being such a worry-wart and enjoy the Bonamana stages (especially the flashing of abs and skin, heh heh heh.)

Whenever people ask me why you're my second bias, I can't really seem to list out the points. Either that or there were too many for me to list out; you're just that awesome. One thing I would tell them though, is that although you seem like the kind of person who rarely takes things seriously, your passion for dancing and Super Junior is really, really admirable. If there's one thing I hope you never stop doing, it's dancing. I like how when you're so caught up in dancing, dork!Hyuk seems to disappear and hot!Hyuk takes over. Dear Sungmin,

Yay, our very own Aegyo Prince in Suju~ You're one of the important factors as to how I became an ELF. Because if Magenta had not made your her bias in Suju, she would not have started on her quest to influence me into an ELF, and I would probably have not become an ELF (oh shisus, that would be totally disastrous D:)

It's hard to remind myself that you're already 24 years old, especially whenever you do your aegyo moves. I know that sometimes it may be a little annoying how people keep on making you do aegyo when you're already an adult, but I'm glad that you're the Aegyo Prince in Super Junior, because everytime I see you doing it I feel so happy; just a simple Ming-Smile will be able to cheer me up when I'm in one of my depressive moods.

Isn't this what love is? It's because of your love that you worry, you support, and you want to make someone happy.

Although you were never really one of my Top 5 biases, you were one of the members whose name, face and voice I committed to memory first (partially because of Magenta). Your voice is undoubtedly one of the better ones in Super Junior, and sometimes I wonder why you weren't put in KRY.

I feel like I won't be able to do anything without E.L.F.

Sometimes I feel really indignant for you; you can sing, you can dance, yet for some reason whenever Super Junior is on stage you're the one with the least screentimes, and sometimes you get lesser lines than the others. Still, please do not ever forget that you are a very, very precious person ('prection' lol), and remember that we ELFs will forever be waiting for the day when SM realises your potential!

I know a lot of people aren't going to believe me but when I first saw you in Super Junior I didn't go "Oms he's fat", it went more like the lines of: "Eh cool, they have a plus-sized member." I viewed your...chubbyness as factor that made Super Junior different, something that made them different from the plethora of boy bands in the K-Pop fandom. So I guess it's safe to say that you're one of the main factors as to why I became an ELF: you made them special.

I hope we can be the one forever.

I know it's been hard for you, having been labeled "that fat member in Super Junior" ever since your debut. I get so riled up whenever my family members start to make fun of you whenever Super Junior appears on television programmes, because I know you're so much more that what you appear to be. In fact, I have a lot of respect for you, Donghee. This letter won't be as long as the others, because you're the first member to whom I wrote a fanletter to (this is already my 3rd one to you), and in the other 2 letters I've already written all my opinions of you, so I'll just...simplify this one.

First of all: I hope you've been taking good care of yourself in army! It was kind of heartening to see the photo of you in the army; you fit in so well, and if the fanaccount from one of the ELFs is accurate, I'm glad that you're still the Kangin that we all know and love:

#1: An ELF has a brother who is the instructor in the camp, so the ELF told her brother to take care of Kangin well, and said that now there isn't anything special regarding Kangin, he is living well inside. On the 11th, the ELF spoke with the brother. Brother said that Kangin is very interesting, telling everyone about stories of artists and so he seemed to make many friends. They seemed to already have formed a group. Recently the brother is busy so won’t be making much calls but when he is out for break, he will talk more on Kangin’s life in the camp

#2: There is an ELF’s friend’s friend’s brother is in the same camp as Kangin. He said Kangin is especially funny/ interesting, and talked alot about artists. When asked if Kangin has haters inside, the answer she got was that Kangin already has his own group/gang inside the camp.

Ah, my 4th bias~ I think I decided you were my 4th bias after watching Suju's Come to Play, when they were promotng 3jib. Of course, it was the part where the members started to discuss about your philthrum-touching habits and your weirdness, and then I became so interested about your quirky personality.

Your voice is one of the few ones that I can fall asleep to (in a good way), and I often find myself thinking how unfair it is that you're one of the underrated members in Suju. I remember you saying how usually, one way to stand out in a normal boyband (aka one with 5 members) is to act mysterious and all, but in Suju that concept completely fails because you just get left out ain the end.

You helped me understand the basis of the K-Pop fandom; you have to do anything and everything to stand out, because if not you tend to get overlooked. Still, I hope you understand that ELFs will continuing loving you because of who you are, and not what you do. We love you because of your wackyness, your goofyness, and how you don't mind people labeling you as 'weird' because that's just who you are.

The past has already passed. Everything will start a fresh. We won't forget that we are Super Junior's members. We are a family.

I watched The Suju Guide: Let's Learn About Yesung and when I listened to the voice message you posed on your Cyworld after the 2007 car accident, my heart died a little. It was then that I realised that there are so many sides to you that I'm not aware of, and may never learn about.

Nevertheless, I hope you won't get influenced by other fans who tell you to "be more normal", because I never want you to change yourself just so you can be in Super Junior. Super Junior is Super Junior because they have a Kim Jongwoon who manages to make everyone happy, even in the most depressing moments.

Dear Hangeng,

At first I was contemplating whether to type this one in Chinese, but then I realised that my Chinese isn't that good, and it's not like you'll read this or anything, so here I go~

Tbh, you didn't really catch my eye when I first became an ELF. When I first heard you speak in EHB I just categorized you as "that-guy-with-the-different-accent". And to be painfully honest, you were never one of my Top 5 biases. It wasn't that I didn't like you or anything, it's just that you didn't stand out as much to me as compared to the other members. Nonetheless, you were a part of Super Junior, and the moments where you had your chance to shine in the spotlight during the various variety shows were the times when I felt really happy for you.

After all, it took a lot of courage for you to leave China and come to a foreign country to pursue your dream, something that I am really proud of. It must've been intimidating for you, since you were the only foreigner in Suju, and your Korean was...not that good. Yet, you still hung on till the end, and even then it was only when you could not take it anymore.

I really want to thank the members, who have always been by my side. Sorry for not being there during difficult times.

Another thing I like about you is how you're so filled with kindness and the need to help people around you. Perhaps this is the reason why SM treated you the way they did; because you were too kind, and every time you had a chance to leave, you probably would've just shrugged it off and say "It's ok, I'm fine."

I recieved your gifts, and I like all of them, thank you all! It’s just that, I hope you can use this money to help those who are in need. So they can share our happiness and be able to feel the warmth too. That would be the best gift.

Geng, you're always putting others before you, thinking about their welfare first. It was obvious that as the leader of SJM, you took pride in the sub-group, and I am so, so grateful that you took such good care of them while in China/Taiwan.

I still remember what happened when I read that you'd requested to terminate your contract. It was in December, and just the previous day I'd thought: "I'm glad nothing bad happened to Super Junior this year." (well, apart from Kangin's DUI incident, but that's another issue) When I woke up and saw the news, the first thing that came into my mind was "Crap.", followed by "What's going to happen to Chul?!" Thinking back on it, I guess I was really selfish because the first thing that came to my mind wasn't "What happened to Geng?"...

Following that, when Kyu posted on his Cyworld: "I don't understand...even a beast does not bite the hand of its owner..." (or something like that, my memory is hazy), the first thing that I came to conclude is that Kyu was saying you were worse than a beast, and it was only when I roamed SJ-World and someone said that Kyu probably meant that SM was worse than a beast, since Suju is the one who brings in the money for them, therefore playing the 'owner' role. Or something.

Anyway. Geng, your lawsuit incident made me think, a lot. I thought about what a bad ELF I was because of the conclusions that I made, the things that I thought of, and how I couldn't seem to form my own opinion about the whole situation. Simply put, I was just a very lost, confused and depressed ELF at that period of time. Only after pondering about it for a few days did I come to a conclusion: "As long as he is happy."

Thank you, Geng. You made me realise that a real ELF is not somebody who has numerous Suju merchandise, it is someone whose first priority is to make sure that all of the 15 boys are happy and safe. Someone who trusts Super Junior, and will protect them without any hesitation.

All I want now is for you to be happy. Regardless of what some "ELF"s say, I know that you're finally fighting for what you rightfully deserve, and I wholeheartedly approve of your pursuit. I know you'll shine, Hangeng.

Dear Heechul,

Ah, my third bias in Suju. The first time I noticed you was in EHB, during the episode concerning Taste, iirc. Unlike others, your diva-ness kind of made me like you more, rather then put me off. Your wacky personality made EHB and all the other variety shows so much more enjoyable, particularly Full House.

I guess, the reason why you're my third bias is because some aspects of my personality are similar to yours. Every time you accidentally offend people with your blunt words, I can relate to it so much, and most of the times your words are only brute honesty, instead of the things other K-idols say to suck up to their fans.

The fact that you stand up for yourself and refuse to put on a the typical Mr. Nice Guy mask also makes me love you even more, and I hope you never stop being yourself ^^;

Heechul: Like one time, I would ask "How would you want me to dress?" She says, "wear whatever's comfortable," "Ok" ..Then, she asks "what do you want me to wear?" and I think, "now, this is my chance" so, I tell her - "wear your hair up so I can see your neck, don't wear earrings that are too big," I like plaid skirts so, I'd tell her to wear a red one, THEN she says "Yah, what the hell, I don't want to!" Then I get angry, of course..She told me to dress one way but she won't do what I want! It's so selfish..Because I'd do stuff for her too.

I first got to learn about Chul in EHB, during the X-Ray episode, I think. At first I was really confused because of the metal rod in your leg, then after I snooped around SJ-World and watched The Suju Guide: Let's Learn About Heechul I was just so overwhelmed ._. Though I have to admit, it amused me to no end that you refused to faint in front of the camera even though you were in so much pain that you had to bite your tongue until it bled just to keep you awake XDD All beause you're Kim Heechul, someone who does not show his weak side.

It can't be helped. I, Kim Heechul, was born to successfully make women fall in love with me. It's not my fault. It's not of my free will. My mother and father created this face!

It's difficult to explain to people why you do the things you do, because Kim Heechul cannot be defined. You're just that unique, and I hope you never, never change. Alright, so since my 1st Year ELF anniversary is in 15 days, Steph gave me the bright idea of writing one fanletter to each member of Suju instead of typing out a long, long, long, long, long post on 30th July XDD Thus, I shall start with Teuk and work down the age chart, heh heh heh.

Dear Jungsoo,

Yay, my favourite leadjer out of all the other K-Pop ones, heh heh heh. But to be honest, you are really one of my role models, and not just because you're from Super Junior.

The way you always ensure that every member is ok, the way you always bow 90 degrees and more, the way you're not afraid to cry even though in actual fact you're one of the strongest members in Suju (not only because you have to, but because you want to, for the sake of the 12 of them). And most importantly, the way you keep on pushing you and the others forward even though you know the future of Super Junior is not going to be filled with gumdrops and rainbows.

You know from life that nothing lasts forever, like love or work. I want to protect the name Super Junior and let it last forever.

Your selflessness inspires me, a lot. Whenever I find myself on the verge of breaking down because of some stupid project that I'm in charge of, I think of you, and how you had to keep the group together amidst Suju's worst times, and I have motivation to carry on again. The amount of strength you have is just so....awe-inspiring.

I know that sometimes you may say the wrong things and offend lots of people, but it's something that most of us have went through, and it's that fact alone that somehow makes me feel...closer to you. And it reminds both fans and antis alike that idols are humans too, and that they shouldn't be condemned to hell just because of a little slip-up.

I think, the moment when you made your status known in my heart was when I was watching The Suju Guide: Let's learn about Leeteuk and I got to the part about the 2007 car accident. Even though you were on the stretcher and blinded in one eye because there was so much blood flowing down your head, you still called out for Kyuhyun, and at that moment there I literally felt your concern for the maknae. Everything about you was just so...perfect.

Another moment was when Hae's dad passed away, and you revealed that he had asked you to take care of his son. You have lived up to your word, and for that I am eternally grateful, no matter how cheesy that sounds.

I know it's difficult being the leader, especially if you're expected to take care of 12 other people. I just want you to think more about yourself once in a while, and to stop putting on a strong front. Sometimes, it's ok to be selfish.

You're probably going to enlist into the army soon, but I really hope I get to meet you at least once in my life, just to tell you how much you inspire me, and how thankful I am that you're Super Junior leader. Because if not for you, Super Junior would most not be as driven, as awesome and as lovable as they are now.

PBL was good, but it could've been better.

I've changed so much, Idek who I am anymore. Yes, I know how cliched that sounds, but it's the truth. Last year I put my all into any project work, and even if I had to rush through it I made sure that it was at least presentable. I feel like such a failure; Loosin did the script, Jamie did the slides, Zhang Yan did the Awareness Activity proposal and Wang Yi did the CIP proposal. And what did I do? Nothing. *bangs head on wall*

I feel so disappointed in myself, but I can't help but feel so...unmotivated. Streaming is going to happen in less than 5 months' time and I don't ~~need~~ want this to happen to me right now. I feel so...distant from everyone else all of a sudden, and I don't want this emotional...thing to affect the other people around me lskaghjalg;dag.

I think I need to sleep.

I...honestly do not know how to feel. On one hand, I feel proud of you for deciding to enlist now, on another hand I feel so reluctant to let you go ;_;

Even if it wasn't your own decision to enter the army, I think that it will be good training for you. After that hit-and-run incident I really wanted to grab you by the shoulders and shake some sense into you, and even though I truly believe that you've done enough self-reflection during your hiatus, perhaps army life will help make you a better person. ~~Besides, you've been gaining weight ever since 3jib /bricked~~

I really hope that you will learn from your past mistakes, and I know you will be able to survive in the army. It will be tough, but you're a tough teddy bear, right? Please don't be so brash and end up creating trouble again ;_; Always think of the other 14 people waiting for you back in their dorms, and the other millions of ELFs waiting for you all over the world.

I know that even though it seems unlikely now, but 2 years will pass quickly, and once again we'll be able to see your half-crescents once again as you leave the army with pride all over your face. It will be difficult not to miss you though, and everytime I think of what the boys will do without their appa my heart dies a little ;_;

But in the end, all I will feel for you is pride. When I heard about your appearance at the fanmeeting I felt immense joy; it reaffirmed the fact that no matter what happens, no matter how many people insult you and no matter how many mistakes you make, you will always be a part of Super Junior, and Super Junior will always be your - our - safe haven.

Today turned out better than I'd expected it to ^^

We had our first D&T lesson in almost 1 year 8D All the memories came flooding back (lolol), and isometric drawings are still my weak points T.T I finally learnt how to draw the light rays and mirror thingamajig in Science, after one whole day HAHA. I think I annoyed Steph and Elyse by my constant questions >.>

Lit was surprisingly fun XD I hadn't read Macbeth, so it wasn't a surprise that I had to stand for 20 minutes LOLOL. I like Mrs Ng's technique though, it makes us think a lot XD

Well, I'm off to bed now. Ever since school started I seem to be tired almost everyday T.T Elyse says it's because I go to Math tuition almost every night, but I think my body still needs time to adjust to school life XD Anyway, I'm sidetracking again. Good night~

GIRL GUIDES CAMP'10

Yayz :D

Day 1: Ok, so this year it rained, AGAIN. But it was worse, because the rained on and off during the first two days, and as if to spite us, Mother Nature decided to make it all sunny and hot on the last day. WHY THANK YOU VERY MUCH. *shakes fist agitatedly* Anyways, before I get side-tracked...

So. On the way to Camp Christine, it started pouring REALLY HEAVILY. I was expecting it to rain, so I wasn't that surprised, but when we reached it was still raining, so we had to put on our ponchos and unload all the equipment from the bus to the lodge D< And I had to carry one of the boxes which had wet paint, so the black paint ended up running down my poncho and it looked really disgusting *shudders*

After that, we settled down for lunch (nasi lemak again, HAHAHAHA) while waiting for the rain to stop. When it did, we proceeded to pitch our tents etc. One good thing about being in the largest camp group this year is that we managed to pitch out tent faster than most of the other groups 8D

So basically the whole of the first day was spent doing gadget-making, tent-pitching and all that jazz. OHOH, I did kitchen shelter/fire alter though, and it was...enriching XDD We had to make a work-table, and we could only base our knowledge on this small diagram Isabel brought *sighs* But Valencia Ma'am said that our snake-lashes (the ones Isabel and I did, coughcough) were very good, BWAHAHAHA. I was quite proud of our kitchen shelter though ^^

For dinner, we had to cook the food they prepared for us, which consisted of:

- Chicken meat/breast/whatever
- Canned mushrooms
- Carrots
- Maggi mee
- Two cans of tomato-pasta sauce
- Shredded cheese
- Pineapple cubes
- A loaf of bread
- Spaghetti

We managed to prepare the food quite fast, and I'm really glad that the juniors were so cooperative :DD Dinner was difficult, since my appetite decreased drastically after my three day fever, but it was really nice because Elyse just kept on shovelling food into her mouth while I stabbed at the random side-dishes >DD After washing up, we went for Court of Honour, and all that other stuff. *lazy*

Sharing a tent with 10 other girls is...not fun. The rain made the whole tent really humid, and the fact that our baggage rack took up 1/4 of the sapce did not help :/ Luckily Elyse and I brought our electronic, hand-held fans BWAHAHAHAHA. Aunty Disease pays off too, ok >D But it was really, really horrible and I felt so sticky and sweaty...UGH. I think I only managed to sleep at around...1? I slipped in and out of conciousness, so...yeah. ROFL.

Day 2: We woke up at 5.45AM, and I found out that it'd rained during the nigt. Peijun Ma'am actually went out of the tent to collect our towels (which were on our clothes line), oms *touched* LMAO. We did Roll Call in the morning, and it really brought back memories of GGC'09, especially since we were, once again, marching in the mud XDD After the Colours were raised we went to get breakfast (and it rained again).

Long story short, instead of kayaking, we had to spend 2 hours in the cold, dark canoe shed because the lightning alert was at Level 3 (whatever that means). I WAS ALMOST WENT MAD, OMS. It was just so...Idk. Scary. The rain was pouring down like nobody's business and a brance fell from one of the trees near the shed >< In the end, we walked in the rain after the lightning alert was brought down, and though we weren't soaked to the bone, I was so cold D:

After a cup of hot Milo and some biscuits, we bathed and got ready for dinner, the menu being:

- Egg tofu
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Luncheon meat
- Maggi mee
- Carrots
- Mushrooms
- Pickled lettuce

It was terrible, but not as bad as last year, since we had 5 more people than back then XDD We managed to finish our food faster than I'd expected, and Elyse and I went off to prepare for the campfire 8D

Campfire was fun, but I didn't really get drunk on the fire this time. It would be really ironic if one of the Fire People gets drunk on the fire and accidentally falls into the fire pit, IMO.

ANYWAY. After the campfire we ate our supper and got ready for...bed? LOL. Steph joined us in the tent tonight ~~(Fudge switched places with her, shh)~~ and we had so much fun, what with us going on and on in nonsensical speeches and talking about our camp experience. AND TRACY IS A K-POP FAN HEH HEH HEH. I swear, she's really like a Mini Me SHE SHALL BE MY FAVOURITE JUNIOR *crazy* Lol jk. But she's really cute >3 It wasn't as hot in the tent as the previous night, probably because of the rain, so I fell asleep pretty quickly XDD

Day 3: This day was mostly spent striking our tents and untying all our gadgets. I think I'm growing old; I felt oddly tired, more so than last year :( Thankfully the juniors were always available for me to ~~bully~~ delegate the tasks to *mean* Washing the toilet wasn't as traumatic as I thought it would too :DD

Steph and Gin got Best Sec 2 Campers, woo~ Liyun Ma'am got Best Sister Guide (HAHA) and Peijun Ma'am got, um, Best QM? LOL. AND WE WON BEST TEAMWORK, WHEEEEE~ Soon we were on the bus and on the way back to school ^^

This year's camp was...kind of different from GGC'09, probably because now I'm a senior and had to learn how to lead the juniors. One thing that was the same is that things happened quickly, and everything passed by really fast. Soon we'll all be Ma'ams and GGC'11 will be our last camp...just thinkg about that fact makes my heart die a little D:

Time is passing really quickly, and whenever I think about how my Guiding years in Crescent will end in 2 more years, I vow to not take our Guide sessions for granted anymore (though that vow is often broken *hides). Still, once a Guide, forever a Guide :D

Today, we (and when I say 'we' I mean me, Elyse, Liyun and Peijun Ma'am) met up to do our camp flag and identity, woo~

To say that we were unprepared would be an understatement. I forgot SMS the others, and when I was on the way to school I realised that I hadn't asked them to bring art materials -.- Lucky for us, we were able to improvise ^^

We first went to Plaza Singapura to buy cloth and ribbon from Spotlight. AND OMG SPOTLIGHT IS SO COOL I TELL YOU. It's like, the place where all the contestants in Project Runway go to buy their materials XDD And I met this really cute Caucasion baby 8D

After that we went to McDonald's for brunch, and we just talked a lot about camp. We also laughed and I think I drooled a little. Ew. OH AND. Elyse scratched me and I bled >| She accidentally scratched my arm and even after awhile it was still stinging, which I thought was weird, and when I looked it...THERE WAS BLOOD.

Then Liyun Ma'am gave me her plasters, whee~ She's in love with me, I tell you LOLOLOL.

We then went back to school to work on the flag and identity. Cutting felt with a small pair of scissors is akhgad;ga; D: But I got used to it soon, and Liyun Ma'am taught me the blanket stitch, woo~ I still have an urge to learn sewing, WHO WANTS TO LEARN WITH ME 8D?

ANYWAY. So we finished everything in just one day. Honestly, I feel quite proud of us, 4 girls doing 11 people's work *coughcough* I hope everything goes well with this year's camp ^^

Love or Hate SNSD, I hope you read this.

I’d bitch about SNSD a lot. I’d hate them for the smallest things and bash them for the most unworldly reasons. But when I think about it, I’d always realize that I bash and hate for nothing.

I would always realize

That Taeyeon gets criticized for what she does. She may not be the best singer in Kpop but at least, she is one of the better singers out there. She may not be the best leader but I think she’s the best motherly figure.

That although I dislike it whenever male idols are linked to Sica, she would still be my favorite because whenever I watch SNSD shows, her personality kills my hatred. Plus, I’m not the biggest fan of her singing voice but I must admit that she’s got talent.

That Sunny is not just all about aegyo. She’s one of the underrated members and if given the chance to improve her abilities, her singing could be up to par with Taeyeon’s.

That I found Tiffany’s chubby body quite amusing and poked fun at it but I would rather have a chubby Fany than an anorexic-looking one. Some people dislike her for being too American but I would always love her for that.

That Hyoyeon is indeed a great dancer. She may not be an awesome choreographer or may lack variety (in dance steps) but only a few female idols can dance with as much passion as she has.

That while everyone seems to complain that Yuri is overrated, I on the other hand feel like I still don’t get enough of her. People hate on her for being sexy but if you take the time to watch a few of their shows, you’ll realize that being sexy is just part of her job.

That Sooyoung needs more airtime. I hope people realize how amazing Sooyoung is, inside and out. I don’t love her for her long legs. I love her for the way she sings, dances and carries herself on and off camera.

That Yoona may be overrated but it’s not her fault if SME thinks her image is profitable. It’s not her fault she’s got more admirers than haters. And yes, she isn’t the prettiest girl in Kpop; but that’s only a fact when all of them have make-up on. Remove all the make-up on every female idol and then maybe you too will realize how pretty Yoona is.

That Seohyun is the perfect maknae. Even though she’s not really good at pulling off sexy concepts (imo) and often comes off as pure, innocence is one of the best things about her. And even if the innocent image may just be part of the package, at least she does not try too hard to look like the maknae.

That SNSD does not have the best songs and the best choreography but I love them, nevertheless.

That I believe in the Soshi Bond.

I may hate on them all I want but in the end, I would realize that SNSD is and will always be my favorite girl group – no matter how much I try to drown myself in another girl group’s songs and shows; no matter what or how anyone else thinks of them.

First things first: EVERYONE IS BLOODY HOT IN THIS. I don't like how the backup dancers are wearing the same colours as them though, I couldn't tell the dancers apart from the members -.-

Their gloves remind me of Iron Man, but that dance segment was kind of...unique, I guess. A little creepy though, I'm somehow reminded of a stalker stuffing a handkerchief doused in chloroform into the face of his stalkee ~~yes I have not gotten over the possibility of Love Ya being a stalker song~~.

I like how their dance doesn't have any signature move (except the hip-thrusts 8DDDD /bricked), unlike the other idol group dances now. It's a nice change ^^

KJ seems to have gained a little weight, BUT STILL AS AWESOME. YS didn't get a lot of lines :( But his adlibs are great >D I like HJL's fringe HAHAHA And omg, HJB's English (YUSS, English and not Konglish) gives the whole mini-album a nicer touch HAHA.

Mummy and I went exhibition-shopping today HAHA. We went to the Expo for the Popular bookfair (which was so disappointing; all the books were so limited and unappealing u_u), then we took a brief look around the Electronics convention. They were playing Sorry Sorry at one booth, and on the LCD TVs they played Gee, Oh! and Fire LMAO.

If there's one thing I hate the most, it's squeezy with the crowds D< I was cursing in my head at all the people even though most of them weren't at fault HAHA. Then we went to Suntec for another bookfair (which was also very disappointing T.T We got nailclippers though! :D).

After our last Home Ecs session, I have this sudden urge to learn sewing. Like, handicraft sewing. I want to learn how to make those small clothes for dolls :3 The thing is that I have little experience with sewing (just thinking about last year's World Thinking Day makes me want to shrivel up and die)...I'm planning to get one of those 'A Dummy's Guide to Sewing' books HAHAHA.

Clean & Green was...memorable. We had to clean the Home Ecs room, so Steph and I teamed up to clean one table. I think I poured too much water on it, and in the end the whole table kind of flooded and we had to use the small buckets to contain the water that was dripping over the edge XDD *fail*

Guides was fun today~ Before Guides started we sang the Birthday Song for Melissa. After that we played that game where you entangle your hands with lots of other people and then you have to find a way to get everyone to be standing in a circle.

...Ok obviously I fail at describing games, but who cares, it was loads of fun 8DD

We did tent-pitching, and I imparted all of my knowledge about GGC to them *coughcough* We were quite efficient and managed to pitch the tent in...45 minutes? LOL. It's a vast improvement from last year, when we took almost an hour to pitch on tent OK u_u

My hand stills smells like the flysheet/tent, but I realise that...this is one of my favourite smells that will remind me of Guides, just like how I love the way my hair smells so smokey after outdoor-cooking 8DD

In other news: GIRL GUIDES CAMP'10 IS COMING IN 1 MONTH OMGZ. It'll be my second last camp D: But anyways. This time we'll have 11 people sleeping in the same tent, which is a bit...daunting. It's funny how last year we had the least number of people in our group, yet this year we have the most number of people ._.

I'm excited nonetheless 8D Mummy has finally decided to buy me a sleeping bag, rather than me having to keep on borrowing Natacia/Shaun's one HAHA. She bought slippers for camp for me too >D I pray that it does not rain this time, but we all know that it still will -.-

I remember posting a video about f(x) performing in the rain last year, and yet it still makes me feel so proud of Kara when I watched this.

Seeing how girl groups work so hard make me feel...Idk. Slackish? HAHA. They work so hard just to stay relevant in K-Pop, but they still end up gaining more anti-fans than boy groups normally do.

Being an ex-STANDer, I have to say that some antis are quite vicious, though there are civil ones who simply stay away from the girl groups that don't appeal to them. Still, I feel a little guilty about being such an anti-SNSD fan, especially since I realise that most of my opinions of them are based on what I'd read on STAND etc.

For now, as ironic as it is, I would call myself a supporter of SNSD, since I don't think I'll ever become a Sone. Still, I think that girl groups need more fans, since they work their butts off.

...And this was a totally random post HAHA. I'm off to...do other random stuff :D

I've always thought that the reason why he only appeared in the later end of Sorry Sorry and Neorago was because of his leg problem, but when he said that Sorry Sorry would be his last album...T.T

But to be honest, I teared up a little when Teuk started to cry. I mean, I've seen him cry so many times, but...just like what Kang Hodong said, when such a defiant person like Heechul expresses his gratitude towards all that you've done for him, you know that he's really thankful, and that he really loves Super Junior.

Time for my personal commentary on the tracks in BONAMANA HEH HEH HEH.

1. 미인아 (BONAMANA)
Ok this is pretty much the most UNF song in this album 8DD I would spazz about it but then if I did I wouldn't be able to stop x_x I wish they'd laid off the autotune though, it would sound much better without it D: I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THEM PERFORM IT LIVE THOUGH, DONGHAE SHOULD FLASH HIS ABS 8D *pervy*

It reminds me of Sorry Sorry, in some sense. Like how they got Siwon to start the first verse, and how they paired up Ryeowook and Sungmin to sing the bridge. OH. And when Wook sang the 'girl, girl, girl' part I suddenly recalled how Kyu sang 'hey, hey, hey' in Sorry Sorry in that part just before Heechul's part HAHA.

2. 나쁜여자 (Boom Boom)
This would be an awesome club song and everybody sounds so sexy in it heh heh heh. The 'twinkle twinkle little star' sounds so out of place yet so...suitable LOL. Bonus points for having a similiar title as FTI's "Bad Woman" 8DD And I think it's going to be stuck in my head ._. "Nappeun nappeun nappeun~"

3. 응결 (Coagulation)
I was really surprised to find out that Coagulation was a ballad and not another...UNF-song HAHAHA. It sounds like something that would be from some drama's OST though :O And I think it's a KRY song ._. Kind of disappointed that they're still focusing on KRY in this album, even though Yesung (and Sungmin) needs more exposure.

4. 나란 사람 (Your Eyes)
I really need to see the translated lyrics for ballads like this before making any judgement, because after reading the translations I get a better understanding of the song, but for now YESUNG'S VOICE IS (Y) I approve of this duet, BOTH OF THEIR VOICES MAKE ME FEEL LIKE A MELTED PILE OF..HERSHEY CHOCOLATE *_*

5. My Only Girl
And this the song that will give me the urge to dance to, even if I'm on the train HAHA. Hae sings the first line in this song *squee* *is biased* AND I REALLY LIKE THIS GENRE OF SONGS. I mean, the "I-love-you-and-you're-mine" songs, aka possessive songs HAHAHA. Just like "The Girl Is Mine" from Don't Don :3

6. 사랑이 이렇게 (My All Is In You)
THIS. I love this. *sucker for ballads* Despite the title sounding grammatically wrong, I LOVE HAPPY-LOVE-BALLADS. This...is better than Happy Together, and their harmonization is just so...;_; This will be one of the songs I will fall asleep to; it makes me feel loved :3

7. Shake It Up!
HEH HEH HEH I HEAR HAE IN THE PRELUDE 8D Ngl, I immediately thought of SNSD the first time I heard it, and I kind of still do XD It sounds like something SNSD would sing, but that doesn't mean it's not good ^^ It also sounds like a track from a CF, specifically a Sony Ericsson phone ad HAHA. I'm still in love with Hyuk's rapping. AND DID I MENTION HOW AWESOME HAE'S VOICE IS?! *biased*

8. 잠들고 싶어 (In My Dream)
Yet another KRY-centered ballad, I need the translations. HAHA.

9. 봄날 (One Fine Spring Day)
OMGOMGOMGOMG THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE SONGS FOR THIS ALBUM. Words can't even express my love for this. Wook's voice is so beautiful, and the chorus just makes me want to cry...in a good way. But I really like this song, it sounds so...serene. And, just like 'My All Is In You', it makes me feel so loved. I hope the other members get their own solo songs soon, especially since they all have wonderful voices but don't get enough opportunities to show their talent <3

10. 좋은사람 (Good Person)
This is such a bouncy song, omg. It reminds me of their Super Junior 05 days~ Not really one of my favourites so far but..we'll see ^^

11. Here We Go
This song reminds me SO MUCH of S Club 7 LMAO. OH, and Happiness too *nostalgic* But then...I don't really like these last two songs. Idk, they just don't appeal to me as much as the other songs XD

Overall, I think that this concept is still damn awesome, AND THE PROMO PICS BASICALLY JUST KILLED ME LADHGJGHDGDASGHASHGLAGDGHKDGA I APPROVE OF SEXY!SUJU.

Ohgod. The MV came out before Chinese Paper 2 and Elyse and I only managed to spazz for about 5 minutes before Mr G came in XDD Throughout the whole paper I couldn't sit still and kept on shaking my leg *coughmybadhabitcough*, and when the teacher-in-charge said "15 minutes left" I jumped *fail* It was so embarassing.

ANYWAYS. So Elyse and I rewatched the MV with Jae and Wang Yi in the background and we spazzed somemore :3

Had English Paper 1 + Lit today. It was...ok, I guess. I'm not that confident for my English, but Lit was awesome, I managed to finish around 10 minutes earlier after reading through thrice + counting all the words I'd written (I wrote 977 words in 1.5h, woo) ~~so I took a small nap~~ ^^ Oh, and 'I Don't Care' was stuck in my head the whole time T^T

Tomorrow's English Paper 2 + History, and tbh I haven't mugged for History as much as I would've liked. But oh well, we'll see how it goes.

Strong benevolence indeed.

The first time I saw Kangin was in EHB, and tbh, I was quite amused by him. I know that there are some ELFs who find him an annoyance, and some who just hate him to the core, but I think that Kangin's just like the Class Clown; sometimes you get annoyed by him, but without him there wouldn't be as much laughter in the class.

I remember laughing at his face after he'd smelled that thingamajig weightlifters smell before they weighlift, and how he was intent on pulling down everyone's pants (I also remember Heechul's reaction to ones of his attempts), and I'd thought: "This isn't a bad guy." I mean, I understand why some people would dislike him, but to me he was just a lovable, (and seemingly huggable) Kangin.

Despite all the controversies that Kangin went through, I still believe that he has a pure heart. Sure, he might be an idiot and I just want to strangle him for the things he does sometimes, but he's the appa of Super Junior, and without him the other 13 kids would be running amok while Teuk cries in a corner, saying "I've failed as a mother" over and over.

...Ok, imagination overload. But you get what I mean. I can tell that Kangin really has the intention to protect the family as a whole, and he's made some pretty stupid decisions, but despite all the times I've made fun of his size and dullness, I still love him, just like how I love all 15 of them.

Whether it's his decision to enlist in the army or not, I'm still proud of him. He'll go in as Kangin, and (hopefully) come out as a Kim Youngwoon who has truly reflected on his actions. Basically, I just want him to come out as a better person.

Though, I'm a little worried, since he's only going to be enlisted in Octobor, and Suju's 4jib is May (THIS MONTH OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG *spazz*), so that means he'll be watching Suju go on various music shows/radio/TV shows for 4-5 months, and I'm sure it'll break his heart to see only 10 members present.

Being an ELF is tiring, but the 15 boys make everything worth it ♥

It's already May.

It's scary, really, how time is passing so fast. And then before you know it it'll be November and I'll be crying buckets while hugging everyone and leaving snot and tears all over their uniforms.

Sometimes I really hate how the school let us be in the same class for 2 years, then split us up into different classes for another 2 years, and then we'll be on our jolly way to JC/poly.

Especially since I'm a person with withdrawal syndromes, and I get attached to people/events quite easily, and then...

Mr Fever finally went away, and I was able to go back to school ^^

I'm really, really grateful that I'm blessed with such awesome friends and classmates who sent repeated get-well-soon messages, and that brief webcam session with some of the S1-ers just made me smile so much ♥

After such a horrible experience, I think I'm going to learn to appreciate life more. Laugh, love, live.

And I realise that I'm obsessed with so many things ._.

1. OCPD
Well, I don't really have OCPD, it's actually just self-diagnosed, but I just can't stand it when things aren't in order (e.g. messy tabletop, desks in class are not aligned properly). And yet I can't bring myself to make my bed every morning. Hmm.

2. Notebooks
I can't explain this one ._. I just have this compelling urge to buy notebooks whenever I see ones with pretty covers, and then I end up keeping them in my drawer and not using them because I don't know what to do with them :(

3. Fangirlism
Self-explainatory.

On another note; MR THAM IS THE MOST AWESOME FORM TEACHER EVER, WHICH OTHER TEACHER STALKS HIS STUDENTS VIA FACEBOOK.

Sec 4 Farewell'10 was held yesterday.

So, things didn't start out as nicely as I'd wanted them to. Firstly, Kellie forgot to bring her tablecloth, and everyone wasn't picking up their phones, all of which equates to me having a panic attack -.- And then Gin and Hannah came and they told me that the jelly hadn't hardened yet and was still in "watery state".

I was so compelled to drop everything and just run out of school at that moment, srsly XDD But then we managed to borrow a tablecloth from the Guide den, and we forgot about serving the jelly anyways (DX sorry Hannah + Gin!)

The party was very successful, and the food was delicious. Serena Ma'am was crying like mad (I think she was close to dehydration ._.), but surprisingly I didn't cry (as much as I thought I would). I cried during the performance of My Wish, though. And then once I started I couldn't stop T^T

It's hard to imagine that it's already been a year; a year full of testworks, patrol corners, footdrills and basically, being a CrezGuide. It's also been a year since all the Sec 4 Ma'ams stepped up, and yesterday, they all stepped down.

All I can say is that it's been a wonderful 365 days with all of them. If I start writing dedications to all of them now I'll never be able to stop, so I won't XDD

Congratulations to Zhihan for being this year's CL~ And Joyce and Audrey for becoming ACLs 8D

We had our very last Flowerpecker patrol corner today.

Well, technically it can't be considered as a 'patrol corner' since only Pei Jun, Elyse, Serena Ma'am and I were talking. But still.

I don't know. I suppose...the truth that today was our last Guide session only hit me when I saw Serena Ma'am and Pei Jun's faces wet with tears. And to think that the previous hour ago I had been praying so hard for the enrollment ceremony rehearsal to end because my back and legs were aching.

I don't even know how I ended up crying. I used to pride myself on the fact that I'm generally emotionally stronger than most people, and how I don't cry that easily, but I guess I was wrong :/ Elyse was the only one who didn't cry (but I'm sure she will on Saturday XD).

Serena Ma'am is really, really, really one of the few people who I look up to. When I was telling her how much I respected her my voice just started to crack and I felt that familiar pressure in my eyes and then I just completely broke down.

It's just that...1 year has passed by so fast. All the times we spent in GGC'09, practicing footdrills, doing campcraft and outdoor cooking, Patrol Corners...I'd taken all of them for granted. I've been so blessed to have been put into Flowerpecker, to have such awesome patrolmates and such a wonderful PL and PS.

I don't remember when Serena Ma'am said that, but now it really makes me feel so touched. And that's what I told her; having her as PL made me feel protected and safe in Guides.

And now I realise that Flowerpecker has always been a sort of safe haven for me. No matter how much BS I have to go through, no matter how many testworks I have to take and how much time I spend on footdrills, Flowerpecker will always be there to listen to my rants and ramblings.

I am so happy that I went for GGC'09. If not for it, I don't think I would be so in love with Girl Guides.

I hate how nobody gives a damn when I put in my best efforts to do something, but once I slip up everyone starts tackling me and tries to pull me down.

Sometimes, I can't help but wonder if anyone would care if I died. Would anyone miss me? Miss the way I randomly break into song, miss the way how I purposely sing off-tune to annoy them? Would anyone miss Rachel Yeak?

Would anyone cry if they saw that empty seat the next day? I know people would turn up for my funeral, but would anyone genuinely cry for me? Will there be anyone who will regret being mean to me, not telling me how they feel about me? Regret how they took me for granted while I was alive?

Just thought I'd post this to prevent flame wars -.-

Being involved in K-Pop so much more exhausting than being in the C-Pop fandom. In C-Pop, things are so much more peaceful, antis are rare, and overall, the whole fandom is in serenity.

K-Pop, on the other hand, is filled with drama and scandals. Even so, I do not regret becoming an ELF, because Suju has taught me so many things. They've taught me how everyone starts small (when they'd debuted as Suju 05 they weren't even given a dressing room), taught me how never to give up without a fight, taught me how to look out for every single person in your family, no matter how often they show up at family gatherings and events.

When 2009 was coming to a close, I was so glad that Suju was not involved in any problems regarding their contract, because after I'd seen the Cassies talking about the DBSK issue, I knew that if Suju were ever to disband, I would be just as heartbroken.

Then came the day when Geng filed for termination of his contract. Seriously, at first I'd thought that it was just a publicity stunt for Idk, 4jib or something (yes I know, bash me for being such a mean fan -.-). Then the scan of the official document came in and all the other BS started flowing in and reality hit me:

Hangeng is going to leave Super Junior.

If getting Geng to stay meant him working so hard until one day he just completely collapsed, I'd rather he leave Super Junior. It's ridiculous how some ELFs are screaming "COME BACK GENG". I know seeing all 13(+2) of them on stage is every ELF's dream, but...I really want all of them to be happy.

Being a fan doesn't mean you buy all their merchandise, stalk their websites and memorize all of their biodata. It means you love their music, you love their personalities, and you just love them as a whole.

You don't have to stalk them every time they come to Singapore; just pray that they'll be safe and not get injured if the fans mob them.

As an ELF, all I want is that everyone to be happy, that's it.

If Teuk prefers television hosting rather than being the umma of Super Junior, that's fine with me.

If Kibum prefers acting over singing, that's fine with me too, because that's what he wants to do.

If Geng wants to end his career of being a member of Suju, I'd tell him "just go for it".

In simple terms: even if you are a fan, you have no right to tell your idols what to do.

You have no right to tell them "you can't date that girl, she's a slut." Neither do you have the right to tell them they aren't allowed to leave their company.

Geng has his own rights to do whatever he wants. He's a 26-year-old man, for goodness' sake. I'm pretty sure he's allowed to make his own decisions. That being said, I know Geng wouldn't bear to hurt any of the other guys, and he would've discussed the matter with them before bringing forth his decision into action.

I admit that I'm in no position to judge anyone, but my intuition tells me that Geng wouldn't leave Super Junior if he had been given better treatment. This may or may not be true; but then again, this is my blog, so I'm free to express my opinions and views.

Even if you call him 'acquisitive' or 'greedy' or any other word you can find in the thesaurus, fine. But if you call him that, then I think you have no right to call yourself an ELF.

It makes me happy to hear that he's finally living the life he deserves. And how he didn't bash SM. And how he smiled so much when talking about his mother (who looks so young, btw ._.)

People who know me well know that making me cry is quite a difficult thing to do, but these 13 boys and k-ELFs managed to turn the waterworks on in just 4 minutes.

~~The "Hey Girl!" part reminded me of Donghae XD~~ And that was how I knew that you would become my bias if I ever became a Triple S. I told Loo Sin that, and then came an onslaught of pic + video link spams over MSN, and slowly I was transformed into a Triple S, woo~

Recent school life has been...amusing :)

Making paper machetes is super fun, especially with Jae. Somehow we'll end up laughing over the silliest things and then laugh until we're both hyperventilating, before looking at each other and the laughing starts all over again.

I suspect we inhaled too much of the DIY glue.

Today we (Loo Sin, Jae, Eun Hae, Jaslin, Steph and Elyse) stayed back to work on our paper machetes again~ Halfway-through Jae, Eun Hae and I started to sing songs from Spongebob, iCarly, Fairly Odd Parents and some other random songs.

Yes, we were being retarded, but we were also having fun ♥

After that we tried stalking Zhang Yan, Jae and Loo Sin to the toilet. It was fun 8DD Then we played that "Don't Let The Balloon Touch The Floor" game, it was epic.

Overall, it was a good day today, one of those that I'm really thankful for :)

I really don't want to disappoint Menakah and Janice Ma'ams. I know they put in alot of effort for us, and how much they want us to succeed. I really wish that we could just get our shit together and prove to everyone that if we put in the effort, we can be a really awesome squad. I know it, because I know all the 27 of us have the potential, we just need someone to help us unleash it (OK that sounded really corny). I don't want to let down the Ma'ams. 2010 has been a really...different year, and it's only March :/

Finished Newsmaker project in a very rushed and impromptu manner, but I think it's better than last year's one ^^ I did it with the same partner: LOOSIN~ (see I even bolded your name, BE HONOURED). It's difficult to read 繁体字 + look at the camera when you're 2 ft away from your TPC ._.

MSN had is having a glitch today, but it seems to have improved so far. I find it absolutely hilarious how everyone's griping and saying how they feel so uncomfortable seeing so little people online (including me XDD) when we just had a session on cyber-wellness and Internet addiction today~

Home Econs + History test tomorrow, then Math quiz on Thursday. *sigh* Ridiculous how I can memorize faces + names + (sometimes) voices of various K-Pop people but not the definition of "sensory evaluation" and stuff David Marshall did *stabs self*

Now I just have to steel myself up and get ready to answer all the questions...

Dear March Holidays,

I...don't know how to say this, this is honestly the first time I'm experiencing this. Sad to say, this is not working out for us, and I have no choice but to part with you. Indeed, you let me experience lots of new things, but the constant interference of a third party has been obstructing our relationship.

Yes, I am talking about Homework. I hate how she always gets in the way of us, always popping up out of nowhere and snatching you away from me. This may sound immature, but I don't care ~~eh eh eh eh eh~~ anymore. Because of her, I am unable to sleep in. Because of her, I am unable to have fun with you. Because of her, I spent countless nights worrying in bed.

A week has passed since we've met; and now, I must bid you goodbye. I do not deny that I had fun within the span of these 7 days, but I hope the next time that we meet again, such a circumstance will not happen again.

Ok, just some updates about what I've been doing for the past few days (because I'm trying to escape from doing PT ><)

17th March 2010 (Wednesday)
Outdoor cooking~ It's been a long time since we had Outdoor Cooking, but since GGC'10 is coming soon (in about 3 more months 8D), I expect lots more of campcraft (in which I generally fail at ><) and outdoor cooking. So, we managed to set fire ~~after lots of fail attempts~~, and then we boiled the water, cooked the noodles, etc. In the middle of the whole thing we had to replace one of the supporting firewood because it was close to breaking point, and then the mess tin was too heavy and Jonas Ma'am accidentally spilt some of the soup...onto the fire.

BUT NO WORRIES, FOR FLOWERPECKER IS THE MOST AWESOME PATROL EVER NYEHEHEHE. And we manged to relight the fire, without any matches. We are geniuses, y/y?

The noodles came out a little too soggy for my liking, and Pei Jun had to eat hers without the seasoning because she was vegeterian (deja-vu-GGC'09 feeling ttm), but it was nice to feel nostalgic ^^

After that we went out for patrol outing, whee~ We spent almost an hour talking about Guides at McDonalds, but Yimei Ma'am and Melissa had to leave first :( Soon we left for Plaza Sing, for according to Serena Ma'am "there's more things to do there". But in the end we just ended up walking in circles because we were too engaged in talking XDDD

OH, we went to More Than Words to find something to buy as a patrol, and we ended up buying this whistle thing with lights, somehow convinced that we would be able to use it in camp. Although now, when I try to blow the whistle, no sound comes out :(

The Ma'ams said there would be another patrol outing in June, so I guess I can look forward to that (and yes, Joyce and Elyse are expected to come this time D<). I love Flowerpecker ♥

18th March 2010 (Thursday)
2nd session of Project 5G. We learnt how to make a quiche (I still think the one that I made in Home Ecs was the best thing I've ever made), pineapple jam, as well as how to lay a table. The laying of table was like alkgehgoicm3p;sd'safeq92. So many different types of plates and utensils, omg u_u

I had lots of fun with Adreena, Elyse, Isabel and Steph though. We were allowed to go out for lunch + do visual shopping, and I love how we're so full of fail 8D

Accompanied Elyse to go back to school after that, since she had to hand in her Art homework. We were supposed to go to Swirl Gelateria together, but it was quite late for them already, so they went off first, while I went to get ice-cream by myself, NYEHEHE.

Swirl Gelateria renovated; it looks insanely cool now. And I tried the coconut ice-cream this time, IT'S SO AWESOME. I demand for someone to go with me soon, its awesomeness must be shared.

Alright, done with this (and ACE-Learning too, HOHOHO), hope I've satisfied all you stalkers 8D
